Privacy Policy — Zdash

This policy covers the Zdash sign-in gate (Firebase project zdash222, also called “zdash222 gate”) that protects preview and reference sites operated by eduZ / Savtel (the “Operator”), including sites under eduz.study, eduz.lol, eduzuniverse.com, zaxis.website, savtel.in, and savtel.it.com.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name, e-mail address, and account ID. These are standard, non-sensitive Google Sign-In fields. We also record the time of sign-in, the site host you signed in to, and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not ask Google for Calendar, Drive, Gmail, contacts, or other sensitive scopes.

Why

To let only invited people view non-public preview material, and to keep a record of who viewed which preview and when. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

Where it is stored

A session cookie (first-party, HttpOnly, valid up to 30 days) on your browser; a visitor log on Operator-controlled servers and a Supabase database in the Asia-Pacific (Mumbai) region. Firebase Authentication (Google) holds the sign-in session.

Sharing

We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties. Service providers processing it on our behalf: Google Firebase (authentication), Cloudflare (network), Supabase (database).

Retention and your rights

Visitor records are kept for 12 months, then deleted. You may ask to see or delete your records by e-mailing zdash@eduz.email. Signing out (/logout on any gated site) clears your session cookie.
